Well, I know you super excited to see Singapore and her wonderful attractions.

Therefore I highly recommend the Singapore Zoo as an attraction we definitely have to go once you reach Singapore.

 I made a personal trip there with my cousins to check out this zoo in which i have not been since i was a small child.I must say I am very impressed with Singapore Zoo  and allowing me to have such a great experience there . I felt like  a small child again as I was so fascinated with the animals and this trip increase my knowledge about animals. After its performance , the orang utan threw its rubbish in the basket and the staff teaches the audience that if the orang utan can clear its rubbish , we too should learn to  be like the orang utan and clear our rubbish instead of leaving it there

.In addition , the otter also had a performance whereby it was recycling and sorting out cans ,glass and paper and putting the waste according to their classification, this the staff too also use the performance to emphasis the importance of recycling .

1.    The staff involved in producing and delivering the product are part of the product itself.

 The staff  especially those in the shows , have to entertain and engage the audience and educate the audience with the correct & yet enriching information . All the staffs that are interacting with the animals have to be able to have the good connect with the animals in order to draw the animals to do tricks or listen to their commands and as well as appear friendly and answer qustions patiently especially towards kids.

2.    The customers themselves are involved in the production process.

At all times , the customers need to be active participating especially in shows . For example, during the splash safari show when the staff ask if anyone want to volunteer , children can volunteer themselves and be selected and have a special experience.As well as the customer be present at the timings of the feeds or the shows or take part in a ride to have  better experience.

Singapore Zoo needs to train staff to engage the audience and get people excited to participate actively and as well as know when are the feeding, show times and where are these taken place at. Singapore Zoo also needs to provide customers with a pamphlet of show times and feeding times and as well as other information at the entrance of Singapore Zoo .This will help the customers to have a better experience overall.

Customer experience at Singapore Zoo will affected by bad weather , for example heavy rain, as many areas are not indoors . Therefore Singapore Zoo needs to build more shelters and have areas which will not be affected by bad weather. In addition if the animals are not feeling well or the animal needs to be kept in observation , this will affect several shows and feeding times . As a result , Singapore Zoo need to ensure that they take good care of the animals .    

4.    The product is perishable, cannot be stored

Once a ticket has been bought , it can be refund and has to be used on the day that it was purchased unless otherwise stated.Therefore Singapore Zoo has to ensure that there is always a constant traffic flow. They can do so by continuing with their birthday promotions to encourage more  people to patronize Singapore Zoo on their birthdays and celebrate it with family and friends. 2.Singpore Zoo is the first zoo in the world with a free-ranging orang utan habitat that features the charismatic apes in natural surroundings.

      "We did breakfast with orangutans and was super yummy meal and so up close, the outdoor toilets are groovy and there are so many animals, especially an enclosure you can get into up close to a range of animals.
